Bayern Munich will lift the trophy destined for the best team of the season in the Bundesliga for the 10th time in a row.

Robert Lewandowski finished with 35 goals to become the Bundesliga’s top scorer. The Bayern Munich striker finished the competition with 35 goals. He is eleven goals ahead of second-placed Patrik Schick

This is the seventh time Lewandowski has been the Bundesliga’s top goalscorer. “Lewy” won the title of top scorer of the competition for the fifth time in a row. On Saturday, the Pole scored another goal, his 35th, as Bayern drew with VfL Wolfsburg 2:2.

In doing so, the Pole equalled David Alaba’s record for titles won by a foreigner. However, Lewandowski is not the most successful footballer in Bundesliga history, as Thomas Mueller has won eleven times with the Munich players.

Second place in the standings went to Patrik Schick of Bayer Leverkusen. The Czech lost to Lewandowski by as many as eleven goals. Third-placed Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund collected 22 hits.

Last season, Lewandowski broke the record previously held by Gerd Mueller. He finished the 2020/2021 edition with 41 hits in the league. Robert Lewandowski was a Bayern player for eight years. The Polish national team captain played in 375 matches in which he scored 344 goals.

A first half in which Borussia did not create too many convenient situations, such was the poor first half for Borussia .  Bayern followed the plan and tried to win this match and the first half was successful because they scored two goals early in the match and already

In the 15th minute Serge Gnabry spectacularly hit the net and Bayern took the lead. The German player scored a quarter of an hour later, but the goal was disallowed due to an offside position.

Then it was only to add an extra goal that our compatriot Robert Lewandowski scored in the 34th minute when Borussia attacked, took advantage of a pass from Thomas Mueller and our player scored his goal in this Bundesliga season. In total, he has scored 35 goals in the entire league.

The second half was a bit different, with a score of 2:0 for Bayern, who tried to control the game and keep the score at bay while trying to score something extra. Borussia went on the attack and tried to make up for the loss, but it just looked like a poor first half .  We had an action where Joshua Kimmich fouled Marco Reus in the penalty area and Borussia were awarded a penalty kick.  The ball was not approached by Erling Haaland but by Emre Can, but it was the right decision made by the referee . The German from Turkish dictated the eleven”.

In the next few actions Borussia could have equalised but a lack of precision did not get the result. Haaland sent two perpendicular passes to Reus and only desperate defending by the Bavarian defenders saved the hosts. Moments later, Benjamin Pavard made a very risky sliding attack on Jude Bellingham in the ‘sixteen’ and VAR checked whether the Dortmund players should receive another ‘eleven’.

In the 63rd minute, Jamal Musiala scored. A few minutes later, he hit the goal after an individual action and Raphael Guerreiro miscued the ball after Hitz’s intervention. This, after a pass from Marcel Sabitzer, came back to Musiali, who set the match score at 3-1.
