I am writing for you because this match should be seen and read about what happened in Krakow as DERBY in football. It’s already 202 Derby of Krakow ladies and gentlemen oh it was happening and it was hot, not only on the pitch, but also in the stands because the fans set fire to the bushes
Derby of Krakow in the match of the 14th queue PKO Ekstraklasa. Before the derby, it looked like Cracovia would win and dominate because before this decisive match at the top, Wisła Kraków occupied only 14th place with 14 points. Four wins, two draws and seven defeats, and Cracovia had a better balance because it occupied 10th place and had a total of 17 points and also played better in the league.
Wisla Krakow last meetings were not in a good performance . Won only one of the last eight league games. During that time it recorded high defeats against Lech Poznań and Slask Wrocław 0:5 each. Cracovia therefore fared better, tied with Zagłębie 1:1, but earlier managed to beat Warta Poznań 2:0 and Piast Gliwice 4:2.

The last minutes were very nervous and chaotic. Wisła Kraków kept the lead until the end, and after the final whistle of the referee they could celebrate the victory with their fans. This time Krakow belongs to Wisla Krakow and they will surely celebrate this victory on the Krakow market square
This result meant that the Cracovian teams were level on points. Still Cracovia is on the 11th place and Wisla is on the 13th place.

The players put a lot of energy, because they wanted to win. We played a good game, we were able to show some very good elements, but we lost the derby. This is very important for the fans. We wanted to join the top, but we lost points in the last two games. I was the one who brought in these players and I bear responsibility. We have a lot of problems when I have one or two key players out.
