The first quarter started with Piotr Szczotka’s three customs. In the second minute the hosts increased their lead thanks to the next points of the captain of this team. The fourth quarter started with the technical foul of Filip Dylewicz, Krzysztof Szubarga took advantage of the opportunity and scored an easy point from the free-throw line. Experienced Dylewicz quickly responded by throwing three. In the third minute of the fourth quarter Łukasz Kolenda made a foul, then he was punished with a technical foul, it was already the second of this type for Sopocians. The Asseco team began to play for a long time and constantly struggled with the time clock of action. In the trio of Filip Dylewicz, Trefl approached five points. After the next points of Jakub Karolak, the Sopot residents approached two points. Jakub Karolak was extremely effective, after the next accurate throw for three points, the Sopocians again went on a one-point lead. After leveling the game for two minutes, Krzysztof Szubarga used the playmaker inattentively, seized the ball and gave hope to the Gdynia citizens to win the derby of Pomerania. At 39 seconds to the end Steve Zack faced the chance to reduce Asseco’s lead and used it by hitting two free kicks. For 25 seconds we had a tie and coach Przemysław Frasunkiewicz was forced to take a break on demand. Marcel Ponitka did not take advantage of the long action, he was blocked by the more experienced Filip Dylewicz in two tones.
