First of all I wanted to mention to you all as a Basketball Coach and Referee how I was in London for those Conference games at the O2 Sports Arena and watched the NBA .
It was an interesting and interesting time in England in London It was something in London itself you could see NBA players and Coaches .
These games had a very good promotion here in the UK because in England basketball is not a popular sport like in Europe . ” NBA London Game” is a very good event and promotion event , which promotes the sport worldwide and on the island . It was interesting coaching clinics and NBA and FIBA referee clinics in London it was something amazing experience and to attend there and see these lectures in the Hall of these coaches or lecturers in the classrooms with their own eyes NBA or FIBA players , coaches , referees . This is my best feeling , experience in my life in basketball since 1990s when MJ Jordan was a promoter and the best basketball player in the world . This basketball started in London since 2011 , and they started with a game on the fourth of March in 2011 with the game Toronto Raptorts – New Jersey Net , in which New Jersey Net won against Toronto that time 103-116 to 2019 , and I was here for these trainings since 2015 only hosted NBA in London .
At the last game I was in London of that time as I remember well for the coaches clinic and the second and last NBA and FIBA referee clinic with lecturers at the Institute of Sport in London . This last meeting and last game was unfortunately on January 17 in 2019 pmoed between the teams New York Knicks –
Washington Wizards 100-101 and here, unfortunately, amarcin Gortat did not play because he went to the Los Angeles Clipers and I could not watch him live.
I would like to inform everyone that the NBA National Basketball Association announced today that the NBA Paris Game 2024 will take place with the Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers playing the third game of the league’s regular season in Paris at the Accor Arena on Thursday, 11 January 2024.
The 2024 NBA Paris Game will be the Nets’ second game in Paris, having played a pre-season game in the French capital in 2008. Brooklyn currently has 2021-22 Kia NBA All-Defensive First Team and 2023 USA Basketball Men’s National Team Mikal Bridges, 2023 USA Basketball Men’s National Team Cam Johnson and three-time NBA All-Star Ben Simmons. The Nets have made five consecutive appearances in the playoffs.
The Cavaliers will play their first game in Europe. Cleveland currently has four-time NBA All-Star Donovan Mitchell, 2022 NBA All-Stars Jarrett Allen and Darius Garland and 2022-23 Kia NBA All-Defensive First Team member Evan Mobley on the roster. The Cavaliers won their first NBA championship in 2016 and made four consecutive appearances in the NBA Finals from 2015-2018.
The NBA Paris Game 2024 will be broadcast live on beIN SPORTS and NBA League Pass, the league’s live match subscription service available on the NBA app, reaching fans in more than 200 countries and territories across television, digital and social media. In addition to The NBA Paris Game 2024, the league and its partners will conduct interactive fan activities, NBA Cares community initiatives and Jr. youth basketball development programmes.
