Golden State Warriors basketball players fifth time in history and the second in three years, won the NBA championship. In their fifth finals they defeated Cleveland Cavaliers 129: 120 on Monday and won 4-1. In the last match, nothing happened to LeBron James’s 41 points.
The title of the best finals MVP, the first in his tenth season of the NBA, was Kevin Durant, who won at least 31 points in five consecutive finals. Earlier, “Warriors” won the championship rings in 1947 and 1956 (as the Philadelphia Warriors) and in 1975 and 2015.
The result was a three-and-a-half-second quarter-final win by the hosts 21: 2, which led to a 61:45 result from 39:43.
There was no shortage of emotion on the dance floor, including those not very sporty. David West, after one of the actions, kicked the ball out of Kyrie Irving’s hand, exaggerating with force and aggression. When Tristan Thompson stood up for his friend, there was almost no fight that the judges would be able to prevent.
At half-time it was 71:60 for GSW. After the start of the third quarter, the defending champion’s title included a higher run and reduced the loss to one-digit size. Steve Kerro failed to break out of the rhythm of the rhythm, but “bleeding” was broken. The problem of the Ohio team, who played under the pressure of failure at the finals, was a reserve posture. Points from the bench he was able to win only Richard Jefferson (four points) and much later Kyle Korver “three hits”.
Le Bron himself finished one of them and after passing Kevin Durant he impressively put the ball into the basket. After a while the situation changed a little and Andre Iguodala picked up the supporters, responding equally fantastic feed on the other side of the pitch.
The last 12 minutes started at 98:93 for California basketball players, and after the half of the last quarter of those finals the Warriors kept the Cavaliers in 114: 104. All he could give LeBron, but it was not enough. The Golden State had more points in their pockets. After the final siren the Warriors enjoyed the 129: 120 victory and championship. The play-offs ended with a great balance losing only once in 17 matches.
The best scorer was LeBron James who won 41 points, but the MVP of the finals was named Kevin Durant. This is his first Bill Russell award.
The Warriors have been the first San Francisco Bay area team for 43 years to win the championship of the American professional league on their own floor. In 1974, the Oakland Athletics baseball team won the MLB league title near Oracle Arena.
